20 April 2026 – As you may be aware, as of 11th February 2026 Blue Zebra, The Proplab Group and Point Insurance have now formed a single entity. This allows us to draw on the strengths, unique value propositions and expertise of each business to provide a market-leading service proposition and product suite.
We are focused on delivering a new brand proposition, service offering and refreshed Blue Leopard system with our broker partners front of mind. This means that we will be transitioning all brands into a newly rebranded Blue Zebra, allowing us to streamline our offering with the best of all worlds in one place.
Please note none of these changes relate to Allstate Farm; the below changes are purely for Allstate Business Insurance.
What does this mean for Allstate Business Insurance products, policies & systems?
Existing policies
From 20 April 2026, Allstate is no longer quoting SME Business Insurance. We are delighted to invite you to quote and bind new SME Business Insurance policies via the Zebra Lounge under the Blue Zebra product. Visit the Zebra Lounge.
Existing Allstate SME Business Insurance policies with an expiry date before 1 June 2026 can still be maintained in the Allstate TIM platform, including cancellations and amendments.
Renewals on existing policies
For renewals (endorsements & cancellations) on existing policies, 31 May or earlier, will be managed in TIM.
For SME Business Insurance policies renewing after 31 May 2026, you will receive the offer of a replacement policy, with our new capacity providers Chubb, AIG & HDI, via the Zebra Lounge under the Blue Zebra product and branding. We will advise brokers of the availability of a quote for replacement policies at the time they are created.
Issuing new business policies
For new business placed on or after 20 April 2026, new business transactions will be disabled on TIM, however we invite you to quote and bind on the Zebra Lounge. If you do not have access to the Zebra Lounge, please contact concierge@bzi.com.au.
What is changing regarding claims?
Existing and new claims
- For Allstate branded Business Insurance policies, Proclaim will remain in place for policies in force prior to 31 May 2026 on TIM.
- For renewals/replacement policies offered via the Zebra Lounge (with inception dates post and including 1 June 2026), these claims will be managed in-house.
- For new business policies (post and including 20 April 2026, offered through the Zebra Lounge), claims will be managed in-house.
What are the product changes?

What’s next?
Regarding the Allstate Farm product, it is business as usual for the time being, and we will communicate when we are closer to transition time. Allstate Farm is already on the Blue Leopard platform and as a result any change will be minimal.
We have already started fine tuning internal operations, systems, and processes to ensure that you receive the best possible broker experience.
