
As you may be aware, as of 11 February 2026 Blue Zebra, The Proplab Group (SGUA & Allstate Underwriting) and Point Insurance have formally completed our share sale transaction and now form a single entity. This allows us to draw on the strengths, unique value propositions and expertise of each business to provide a market-leading service proposition and product suite.
We are focused on delivering a new brand proposition, service offering and refreshed Zebra Lounge (Blue Zebra’s system) with our broker partners front of mind. This means that we will be transitioning all brands into a newly rebranded Blue Zebra, allowing us to streamline our offering with the best of all worlds in one place.
What does this mean for Allstate Farm products, policies & systems?
Existing Policies: On 22 May 2026 the Allstate Farm product will be transitioned to the Zebra Lounge system, still under the Allstate brand. This means that all cancellations and amendments will now be transacted on the Blue Leopard system via the Zebra Lounge.
If you are a current Zebra Lounge user, these policies will appear in the Zebra Lounge alongside your Blue Zebra products. If you do not have access to the Zebra Lounge, please contact concierge@bzi.com.au or your usual contact at Allstate or Blue Zebra.
Renewals on Existing Policies:
Allstate policies renewing from and including 1 July 2026 will no longer be offered via the Allstate portal. We will offer a renewal policy, with Mitsui as the insurer, on Zebra Lounge with Blue Zebra branding, unchanged policy conditions and policy number.
Issuing New Business Policies:
For new business placed on or after 22 May 2026, the Allstate portal will no longer be available. However, if you do click on the Allstate portal link, you will be directed to Zebra Lounge.
We instead invite you to quote and bind through the Zebra Lounge, with policies issued under Blue Zebra branding.
For policies with effective date from and incl. 1 July 2026 will be the new product and new branding.

As part of Allstate Underwriting Agency’s transition to Blue Zebra, our trust account details have changed. Please find the updated details below and ensure all future payments are made to this account from Tuesday, 19th May 2026.
